Open-box stock is the part of retail most shops handle badly. Each unit is inspected, graded and photographed, and its condition is stated plainly on the product page instead of being hidden in the returns policy.

How an order works
From our warehouse to your door.
We hold our own stock and handle every step ourselves, because that is the only way the condition grade on a product page stays honest and the delivery date stays real.

Intake and grading
Stock is received, inspected and graded against a fixed condition scale before it is listed.

Catalogue
Supplier data is normalised into a single product model with Romanian copy, attributes and categories.

Warehouse
Locations, stock levels and parcels are tracked in our own warehouse application, with GS1-compliant labelling.

Fulfilment
Orders are dispatched through Sameday, to home addresses or lockers, with tracking returned to the customer.

Invoicing
Every order produces a fiscal invoice through SmartBill under our own invoice series.
